If there is storm damage, you file the claim with your insurance company. We supply the documentation.
Step 3 — Adjuster Meeting
We meet your adjuster on the roof and point out all documented damage.
Step 4 — Scope Review
We review the approved scope. If items were missed, we submit a supplement with supporting documentation.
Step 5 — Material & Color Selection
You choose your shingle or metal system and colors.
Step 6 — Build Day
Tear-off, installation, full cleanup, and a final walkthrough with you.
Step 7 — Completion & Warranty
You receive a certificate of completion, lien waivers at final payment, and your warranty registration.
Loyalty Roofing & Construction is a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster. You own your insurance claim. We document the damage, meet your adjuster, and complete the repairs.
